We work alongside people to explore and design living arrangements that genuinely reflect who they are. That includes meaningful choice about where to live, how to live, and who to live with.
HOME (Housing Options Made Easy) currently has limited capacity to take on new referrals for NDIS Participants funded under Individualised Living Options (ILO) Explore and Design.
At HOME, we support people to move into safe, welcoming homes where housemates are chosen based on shared interests and values. People are not matched just because they share a disability. Instead, we focus on creating real connection and everyday living that feels natural and right for the person.
