Court leads our Home and Living team and is a specialist in SDA and complex NDIS housing strategy. Since the NDIS rolled out in Melbourne in 2016, Court has worked exclusively in the home and living space, supporting people with disability and their families to navigate the system and secure housing outcomes that are safe, sustainable, and about people.
Court is known for translating complexity into clear, practical pathways forward. He regularly supports people with high levels of complexity, where getting the housing and support model right is critical to long-term wellbeing and independence.
Court speaks nationally on SDA, ILO and home and living reform, and is passionate about building solutions that generate genuine social inclusion for people with high support needs.
Josh Crupi – Community Living Specialist
Josh leads our Individualised Living Options (ILO) team and brings over seven years of experience supporting people to build tailored living arrangements under the NDIS. Josh is known for his expertise in the ILO Explore and Design phase, where the foundations of a successful and sustainable home life are established.
Josh has a gounded understanding of how to support people to design living arrangements that genuinely reflect who they are. With a strong mix of practical knowledge and creative problem-solving, Josh helps people and their families shape ILO arrangements that are realistic, personalised, and built for long-term success.
Gabi Green - ILO Facilitator
Gabi has a background in Psychology, Research, and supporting people with disabilities and their families. They are experienced in Supportive Decision Making and are a deeply passionate advocate for social inclusivity, equity before equality, and choice and autonomy.
MIchaela Carter - ILO Facilitator
Michaela has a background in sustainability and community development and is experienced in supporting people to thrive in share-house arrangements. Michaela is deeply passionate about cultivating neighbourhood connections, fostering open communication in teams, and empowering people to achieve their vision for their life.
Ruby Turner - ILO Facilitator
Ruby has worked in the disability sector for over five years. She comes from a background in inclusive employment, and is committed to supporting people to connect with their community and live life on their own terms.
